What I'm here for.

After five exits, I could have stopped. The reason I didn't is simple. I love watching a founder break through a ceiling that's held them for two years, and a leadership team start to operate at a level they didn't know they had.

I've sat in that seat. I know the weight of it: the quarter that won't close, the team that has to grow faster than they think they can, the calls only you can make. I've also made the wrong hire, run the layoff, and walked from a deal I wanted. I get back in it with founders who are there now. We build the engine together, and I coach the leaders who'll run it. The reflex everyone's selling is to add more AI. On a broken operating system, that just scales the dysfunction. I fix the engine first, then AI compounds it.
